Transportation policy
Vancei is mainly delivered through third-party cooperative companies. We often cooperate with shipping companies such as DHL.

Free shipping on all orders

The time period when you receive the goods is divided into processing time and delivery time.

Processing time: 0-3 working days

Delivery time: 6-12 working days


Note: 1. Out-of-stock items will be replenished and shipped immediately after arriving at our warehouse. For large items, if the package size exceeds 47" (120cm), we will use sea transportation, and the shipping time is 25-35 days. I hope you can understand.
2. Please provide a safe and reliable delivery destination. If you think it cannot be delivered safely, please provide an alternative address that can be delivered. If special shipping instructions are required for shipment, they must be indicated at the time of ordering.

International shipping: Vancei will not ship outside of the United States or Canada.

Items damaged in transit: carefully check the packaging for any visual damage. If you find that the goods are damaged, please do not accept or sign for it. Obtain damage notification from the shipper and notify Vancei immediately. If the damage is hidden, please notify Vancei within 24 hours of receiving the product.



Track your order

After shipping from one of our warehouses, your tracking information will be sent via email. You can use FedEx, UPS, USPS websites to track your shipments. To speed up delivery, your order may be shipped from different locations, so you may receive multiple packages. There will be no additional shipping costs.

The delivery time varies from product to product. Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and it may take more than a week to ship. For questions about availability and delivery time, please refer to the shipping section on the product information page or send an email to support@vancei.com.



Refuse

If the customer refuses to deliver the goods, the customer shall bear all freight and purchase costs. When the customer refuses to ship the goods or cancels the order during the transportation of the goods, the freight and purchase costs to and from the destination will be deducted from the customer's refund.


Methods of transporting furniture and larger/heavier items
For items that meet the size and weight restrictions, we use UPS or FedEx. Standard truck freight is used for larger or heavier items. The trucking company will transport your goods on the "roadside". You need to accept delivery and unloading at home. You will be responsible for moving the inventory into the house and setting it up. We recommend that more than one person be present when your product arrives to ensure you get the help you need. Provide assembly instructions.

If the customer refuses to deliver the goods, the customer shall bear all freight and purchase costs. We do not use trucks to transport goods to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.



Car freight notice

In all car freight, the delivery service will notify you by phone at least 24 hours before delivery. Wansai staff will indicate your contact number and delivery address on the bill of lading before shipment. When your order has been shipped and the freight dispatcher contacts you, please confirm (and specify if necessary) your shipping destination. They will arrange an approximate delivery time, usually within (4) four hours.



Note: If no one is home when you try to deliver, you will pay a re-delivery fee. Please make sure someone receives the order at the delivery destination.

If the delivery truck cannot reach your home, we may need to deliver your goods to the nearest reachable place, and you are responsible for providing door-to-door pickup services.

What if there is shipping damage?
If there is any shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours. Shipping companies (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL) only accept shipping damage claims within one week of delivering the product. Therefore, if you do not contact us within a week, you will be responsible for any costs related to shipping damage.

Free return and exchange

At VANCEI, we want to make sure that you love home and lighting products as much as we do. If your new VANCEI product is not suitable, we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Our return conditions

We will return the actual price of the product, and we will deduct the logistics cost of our shipment.
Final sales, special order items do not meet the conditions of return or exchange.
Note: This does not include returns of oversized shipments.



Production defective or damaged items

As long as you notify VANCEI within 48 hours after receiving the goods, the buyer will replace the damaged parts in transit for free. If the damage is severe, we will replace the product free of charge.



How to return
We will allow you to process returns in a fast manner.

1. You must initiate a return request to our customer service and explain the reason. Please contact support@vancei.com. Our customer service will accept and review the application within 24 hours. If the return conditions are met, the customer service will send you a mailing address.
2. For transportation, you only need to find a local logistics company, and the logistics costs need to be borne by you.
After the goods are shipped, you need to take a photo and send the courier number to our customer service support@vancei.com.
3. Once we receive the goods, they will refund according to the original payment method after inspection. After receiving the return at our warehouse location, please have our team inspect and process the return within two weeks. If the goods we receive are damaged, we will not refund, so the logistics provider you are looking for is best to buy insurance to avoid your loss.

Refunds
For returned items, after we received them, it takes 5-10 business days for us to inspect for damage and restock. We will issue the refund accordingly after the inspecting process. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to be finalized depends on the bank and credit card company that you use.



We must receive returned products before we can issue any refund. If we did not receive the products back for any giving reason, like the customer refuses to send the product back or the customer refuses to accept the package resulting in the shipping agent destroying the package , we will not be able to issue any refund.

Our exchange is ultimately equal to returns and repurchase.

How to cancel an order?
1. When the product is not out of the warehouse, you can send a cancellation order. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@vancei.com. We will refund in full.
2. Once the product is out of the warehouse, we will not accept cancellation of the order.



Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with the products purchased from Vancei. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact customer service and we will correct it.
